Rose Therapy is a modern psychotherapy private practice based in New York City. I offer individual virtual therapy through a HIPPA-compliant platform for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, body image and self-esteem, stress management, relationship issues and life transitions.

I am passionate about helping clients discover a greater sense of confidence, calmness, and overall well-being while providing support and guidance to help you build stronger, healthier relationships in your life.

I offer psychotherapy to adults seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, body image and self-esteem, stress management, and life transitions.

I believe that positive therapeutic outcomes begin with the interpersonal connection between the individual and their therapist. My therapeutic approach is warm, empathic, supportive and nonjudgmental. I use a collaborative and strengths-based approach, working with you to determine what will be the most beneficial to your success. Throughout therapy we will work together to identify solutions and tools for addressing difficulties to allow for an overall increase in life satisfaction and happiness.

I use a holistic framework in my practice by integrating a variety of modalities such as compassion-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, strengths-based, and mindfulness-based practices.
